Hi Nathan,
I just wanted to send some positive feedback on your company’s terrific customer service.  This morning I arrived at the office very early to work on some critical projects (just before 4am)…and guess what…the GMD network was down.  For a brief second I was pretty stressed since some important documents needed to go out to clients this morning.

Instead of panicking, I called your office, selected the technical support option, and within 3 or 4 rings, Brian Alwood answered.  It was evident that I’d woken him up, but he came to life very quickly, patiently listened to my problems and got to work immediately.  Within 15 minutes he’d solved the problem and we were back in business!  Brian was super professional, super kind, and super responsive—at 4am!
