If you don’t have a client portal login, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and request an account.
If you forgot your password, you can easily reset it by going to the login page and clicking on the forgot password link. An email with your password will be sent to your email address.

How to login?
1. Go to support.stimulustech.com
2. Login using your email address and password provided by Stimulus Technologies.
How to create a new ticket?
1. Click on the “Create Ticket” blue button on the top right hand side of the screen.
2. A new screen will appear. Please select the type of service needed, navigate through templates using the left and right arrows. Select a ticket type and answer the questions under the ticket details section as best as you can. Then click submit. If your issue type is not listed, select the “I have an issue not listed here” option.
You can view your ticket history and search for open and closed tickets by going to the “Ticket” menu tab.
